custom orders

 Please read before filling out a custom order request:

-To ensure projects are finished in a timely manner once started, I only take a limited number of custom orders. Once I receive your custom order request form I will email you to inform you if there is currently a wait list and where you are on the list. If there is currently a wait list and you’d like to continue on and be placed on the wait list, please respond to my email saying so and you will be added to the list. I will then give you a projected start date estimate and will follow up with you when I’m ready to begin your project (depending on length of waitlist, expect approximately 1 week to 1 month wait).

-To begin the custom order process I require a non-refundable $100 deposit that will be applied towards the final payment if you decide to move forward with the project. This deposit will not be refunded once the designing process begins. This deposit is NOT required in order to be put on the wait list but is required to start any design discussions. This simply insures my time designing and planning is accounted for.

-Because Rea Designs is only one facet of my regular work schedule, I ask that you are patient with my working time. If you have a strict deadline please inform me of this in the custom order request form, and I will let you know if this timeline is feasible within my schedule and current order obligations.
